Windows Vista SP2 available for download now
Microsoft released a not so anticipated service pack SP2 to its ‘legendary’ Windows Millenium Vista operating system for download today after few months of beta testing.
Most of us are happily using the much polished Windows XP and this service pack is definitely not for us. For those with this resource hogging Vista on their machine, SP2 is a ‘must’ update as it did a bit of improvement and some added minor features.
Some of the Vista SP2 features and improvements:
- Bluetooth 2.1
- Windows Search 4.0
- better Wi-Fi performance when exiting sleep mode
- Boost power management efficiency by as much as 10 per cent
- Native Blu-ray data record
The service pack SP2 is available as download here. For x64 version, the download link is here
